Accessing and controlling your Mitsubishi Electric products has never been easier, and now you can do it across a wide range of PCs, tablets, and smartphones.

MELCloud provides real-time control and a weekly timer, ensuring complete flexibility in managing multiple ECODAN hydronic air conditioning and heating systems from a single device in a single location.

It is also possible to receive error reporting and logging, both locally and remotely, when the systems are connected to MELCloud.

The MELCloud app also provides information such as local weather and customer support details.

To connect your Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner or heat pump to the MELCloud system, simply connect a dedicated interface to the indoor unit.

The Wi-Fi interface connects to your local router via a wireless connection. It is recommended that the interface be installed by qualified personnel.
